Northern California War Tax Resistance (NCWTR) provides information and support for conscientious war tax resisters in Northern California (primarily the San Francisco Bay Area). The National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee (NWTRCC) is a coalition of local, regional, and national groups supportive of war tax resistance. The office is based in Brooklyn, N.Y., with network members around the country.
